Plans are paid in full at the beginning of each month. Any hours used above the number of hours in the package must be paid prior to usage or the day of the usage at that package rate. Unused hours in a monthly package do not roll over to subsequent months – they are forfeited at the end of each month.
There is a $25.00 Fee if the invoice is returned unpaid when Due and the access to facility will be restricted.
